Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You will be legally bound by them from the time you submit your entry.
By entering all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://winnersclubni.com/ , you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any specific terms and conditions set out when entering the competition:

2.1 All competitions are skill-based competitions and an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
2.2 To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) online will be required to correctly one multiple choice question set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”).
2.3 To enter the competition for free by post:
(a) Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address 35 Regent Street, Newtownards, Northern Ireland, BT23 4AD. Entries must be hand written so we can ensure they are not automated;
(b) Postal entries must be marked with the relevant competition you are wishing to enter, with your name, date of birth address, email address and telephone number. The legal basis for processing the above information is the fulfilment of the competition contract as set out in these terms and conditions. The personal information provided by you to us in will be used exclusively for administering the competition. This involves:
• Verifying the identity of participants;
• Entering participants into the draw;
• Identifying the winner;
• Notifying the winner;
• Investigating any claims that we believe may be fraudulent in nature and taking further actions, such as legal proceedings where appropriate,
(c) You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.
3.1 You must log onto https://winnersclubni.com/ (referred to herein as “web site”) and follow the directions to enter. All entries must be submitted by the start and finish dates specified on current individual prizes on website.
3.2 You must include on the entry form your complete name and email address. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entry will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorised Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisation (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The potential winner may be required to provide the Promoter with proof that such winner is the authorised account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry.
3.3 The maximum number entries to the competition will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached
3.4 The Promoter will not accept:
3.4.1 responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
3.4.2 proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
3.5 Participants in any competition agree that neither the Promoter nor any of the promotional parties will have any liability for:
3.5.1 any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;
3.5.2 any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
3.5.3 any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
3.5.4 any damage to prizes sent to the verified winners;
3.5.5 any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by the winner, postal disputes or other causes beyond the promoter’s control; or
3.5.6 any system failures on the Websites.
3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
4.1.1 employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
4.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
4.1.3 members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5.1 The prize for the competition is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. If for any reason any aspect of the competition is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the promoter’s control which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or any affected entries without further notice. Where the Promoter is unable to administer any prize won by a participant, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted.
7.1 If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of first notification attempt, if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner is determined by the Promoter to be ineligible for the Prize or to have failed to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
7.2 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
7.3 Any tax payable as a result of a Prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern. .
7.4 The Prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, distributors or any parties engaged in the supply to your of the prize will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected by this clause 8.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website https://winnersclubni.com/ and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry [and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry [and any accompanying materials] for such purposes.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Competition in accordance with its privacy policy. Marketing information will be sent only to entrants who have “opted-in” to receive further information from the Promoter and/or other third parties. 10.2 By participating in the Competition, entrants hereby agree to the Promoter’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Promoter’s privacy policy. All entrants that opt-in to receiving marketing information are welcome to discontinue receiving further information from the Promoter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email sent by the Promoter to you.
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 If you attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of any competition by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in any way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we will disqualify your entry and may ban you from participating in any of our future competitions.
11.4 The Promoter is not responsible or liable to the winner or any other person if any portion of the Prize cannot be awarded due to, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, terrorism or any other events or circumstances outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter.
11.5 In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision shall be final.
11.6 These terms and conditions are governed by Northern Irish law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the Northern Ireland.
12. Refunds
12.1 No refunds of the entry fee will be provided in any event,including,if,following your entry into the competition,you subsequently find out that you are not eligable to enter the competition or claim the prize.If following your entry into the competition the eligability criteria for entering the competition changes and you are no longer eligable,or if you are disqualified from the competition by the promoter for any reason
12.2 Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time for any reason.Exceptions include,entries submitted after the closing date,when a maximum number of entries is reached when the Competition will close,as well as in the rare case that duplicate payments for a single order are authorised.By participating in “the Winners Club” competitions you acknowledge that you have read,understood and agreed to these terms and conditions
